We have carried out emergency remedial works following damage carried out by either fire or water.

Where there was a fire in the landlords area of a block of apartments, we carried out the installation of a new fuse board to the landlords area along with new emergency lighting. The complete electrical installation was tested and verified and certificates were issued.

Another case of damage to a fuse board occurred in an office/warehouse, where the building is unoccupied and water damage from the first floor made its way into the fuse board.

Following water damage by a leak in an under sink water heater, we carried out periodic inspections and testing to the electrical installation of a number of shop/office units, and carried out remedial works.
